Meetings are held 4 or 5 times a year.
In September - A general business meeting open to all members

In November -
A general business meeting open to all members
In February - The Nomination vetting and selection meeting. Open to elected Court members only.
In May - The awards ceremony. The major association event held to coincide with the end of the Mayoral year.
(The next award ceremony will take place 12th May 2012)
In June/July - The Annual general Meeting takes place. Nominations are invited for the Court and Executive committees. All members are invited to attend.
